Shipping Area

Rhinohide currently ships to residential and commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations (sorry Canada!).

Shipping Cost

UPS Ground shipping is free on orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing

In-stock orders ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically be processed on the following business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Any estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your shipping label is created, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please note that tracking information may take several hours to update after the label is created. Receiving a tracking number means your order has been prepared for shipment, but it may not yet have been scanned by UPS.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and are determined by UPS. Most UPS Ground shipments arrive within four business days after leaving our facility.

Rhinohide is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your shipment appears damaged, save all packaging materials and contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your tracking information shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with other members of your household or business before contacting UPS or Rhinohide.
