RhinoEdge: Snow Plow Cutting Edge
Cuts like steel, protects like rubber.
Upgraded wear resistance and lower friction help the RhinoEdge outlast standard UHMW bolt-on, snow plow cutting edges. Sold as a reversible 72" blank—just cut and drill to fit your snow plow, pusher, rear blade, or bucket.
- Available in 1" × 6" and ¾" × 5" profiles
- 40% increase in wear resistance compared to standard UHMW
- 30% increase in slip (lower co-efficient of friction)
- Easy to cut to length and drill for mounting
- Flip to use the second edge when the first wears down
Pavement Protection
If you need to clear snow on asphalt or concrete, you need an edge that will both protect your surface and do a good job scraping the snow.
UHMW (a plastic) has been been used for years by professionals and homeowners alike to keep their pavement unbroken, while providing good scraping action against their pavement.
The RhinoEdge is a more wear resistant type of UHMW designed to outlast other plastic edges.

Your Blade. Your Bolt Pattern.
RhinoEdges are sold in two profiles, with the larger meant for wider, heavier setups with greater snow clearing needs.
Both are delivered as 72 inch blanks for use on snow pushers, plows, rear blades, buckets, or anything you're pushing snow with.
The material is easy to cut to length, as well as drill for your hardware.

Make It Fit
Cut to size
Our RhinoEdges are sold in 72 inch lengths. If you don't need all of it, just cut it to match your attachment.
Drill Your Holes
Clamp your RhinoEdge to your attachment and mark your hole pattern.
Then drill out the holes with an all-purpose bit.
Bolt Together
Using your own bolts, washers, and nuts, fasten the RhinoEdge to your snow moving attachment.
Max Height
As a rule of thumb, don't extend the RhinoEdge more than half of its total height below the bottom edge of your attachment.

Frequently Asked Questions
The ¾″ × 5″ profile is generally a good choice for ATVs, UTVs, subcompact tractors, and smaller compact tractors. For larger compact and utility tractors, choose the larger 1″ × 6″ profile. Both come in 72-inch lengths.
Check your attachment’s mounting space and requirements before choosing.
What matters is the snow-clearing attachment and how the edge mounts, not what’s driving it. RhinoEdge can be cut and drilled to fit snowplows, pushers, rear blades, and buckets on different vehicles. Check the required length, mounting space, and bolt pattern before ordering.
UHMW is used to help protect these surfaces during snow removal. Marks are unlikely, but they aren’t impossible: this is still a scraping edge with substantial force behind it. Surface condition, trapped debris, and how you operate your equipment all matter.
RhinoEdge can scrape fresh snow, packed snow, and ice. Steel can offer more aggressive scraping, but it also carries a greater risk of surface damage. RhinoEdge offers strong scraping performance with a more surface-friendly material.
No. RhinoEdge is supplied as a plain, undrilled plastic blank without mounting hardware or printed instructions.
You’ll need to cut it to length if necessary, mark and drill your mounting holes, and supply hardware appropriate for your attachment. Clamping the blank in position can help you mark the hole locations.
Yes. The material can be cut and drilled with common shop and woodworking tools. Measure your attachment and mark the mounting pattern before making any cuts or holes.
RhinoEdge can extend up to half its height below the attachment’s supporting edge without an additional backing plate.
5-inch board: up to 2½ inches exposed.
6-inch board: up to 3 inches exposed.
Measure from the bottom of the supporting attachment edge to the bottom of RhinoEdge, not from the mounting holes.
Match the mounting pattern on your attachment while keeping the exposed portion within the limits above: no more than 2½ inches below the supporting attachment edge for the 5-inch board, or 3 inches for the 6-inch board.
The holes do not necessarily belong along the center of the board. Clamp RhinoEdge in position and mark the hole locations before drilling.
Yes. RhinoEdge is reversible, allowing you to turn it around and use the opposite edge once the first working edge wears down. Check that the reversed edge fits your mounting pattern and stays within the maximum exposure limits. Depending on your setup, reversing it may require new mounting holes.
We offer 72-inch blanks only. You can cut a blank shorter or purchase multiple blanks to cover a wider attachment, cutting each section to fit. Each section needs to be securely mounted to the attachment.
RhinoEdge is a wear part: it gradually wears down as it does its job. Normal wear is expected and isn’t a product defect.
If your board behaves unusually or shows unexpected deterioration, contact us. We’ll look into it and work with you to make it right.
No. Only unused, unmodified boards are eligible for returns. Once you cut, drill, or otherwise modify your RhinoEdge, it cannot be returned. Check your measurements and mounting requirements before making any modifications.
