Full Benefits of a Rhinohide Canopy

The Rhinohide Canopy is a 37 x 45″ (width by length) shade canopy that mounts to the roll bar of any tractor or zero turn mower. Read on to see why thousands of customers have chosen Rhinohide for their machine over the last few years.

Virtually Indestructible

True to its name, the Rhinohide Canopy is virtually unbreakable—made from a very high strength and lightweight plastic called High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Deflecting when stressed, the material and shape create a canopy so tough, we haven’t had to replace a single one since founding.

Looks Just As Good in Ten Years

Unlike a metal canopy, our plastic canopy won’t dent, and won’t rust when scratched. There is no paint to peel or scratch off when you run under a tree branch.

The plastic is dyed black all the way through, so scratches are barely visible. And our dye is UV resistant, so your canopy will not fade over time.

Lightweight

The Rhinohide shell weighs just 13 lb, lightweight enough for anyone to handle. This is helpful for installation, as well as for removing the canopy for trailering or storage.

Bolting on the steel struts only adds about 5 lb.

Removeable

All models of the Rhinohide are removeable—just loosen the two hand screws and slide the canopy off the risers. This will take you less than thirty seconds.

Likewise, slide it back on and clamp down the hand screws, and the canopy will remain in place until you’re ready to remove it again.

One Canopy for Multiple Machines

Add a second set of mounting hardware to your order to either:

A) Mount the canopy on the rear of your tractor, if you have a backhoe installed

B) Mount on a second machine enabling you to swap a single canopy from Machine A to Machine B, as needed.*

*This doesn’t work for any two machines, but requires the widths of both roll bar to be within 4″

We only make one canopy shell and we fit every manufacturer of compact tractor and zero turn.
If you have a roll bar—square or rectangular—we’ll fit your machine.

Which Canopy Do I Need For My Tractor?

Out standard hardware fits nearly 95% of compact tractors we sell to.
And 100% of zero turns.

The only exceptions are roll bars with tube steel wider than 2 1/4″ or deeper than 4″.
Or if your roll bar is wider than 42 1/2″ across.
If this is you, let us know at the time of purchase and we’ll ship out the right hardware.

We haven’t had to replace a canopy yet.
And we don’t expect you to be the first.

Use your canopy for a year. Use the heck out of it.
If something goes wrong because of something we did, contact us. We’ll make it right.

We can sell you any part or parts of our canopy system.
