Use our 19 inch risers to mount your canopy below your roll bar’s hinge, but still get it high enough to stay clear of your head!

Our standard risers are 11 inches, so you gain an extra 8 inches with this kit.

*Risers in photos are not painted or powder coated. Parts will be shipped to your powder coated black to match the rest of our kit.

It doesn’t matter if your tractor is from John Deere, Kubota, Kioti, Mahindra, Massey, LS, Yanmar, TYM, Bobcat, New Holland, Bad Boy, Summit or any other manufacturer!

We have hardware to fit 100% of roll bars out there. The standard hardware on our Universal Tractor Canopy fits 90% of tractor roll bars. To be sure you don’t need special hardware, it’s best to verify four things.

  • A) If your roll bar is wider than 42 inches (outside-to-outside), choose that option.
  • B) If your roll bar is made from tube steel wider than 2.5 inches, choose that option.
  • C) If your roll bar is made from tube steel deeper than 4 inches, choose that option.
  • If your roll bar angles forward greater than 15 degrees, shop our Canopy for Angled Roll Bars.

The Rhinohide is pretty straightforward. Still we have a few things worth considering:

Backhoe Kit
If you use a backhoe, add a second set of mounting hardware to move your canopy from the front to the back. Not compatible with angled roll bar.

Multi-Kit
If have two machines with roll bars, you maybe able to buy one canopy and two mounting kits to swap the canopy from one machine to the other. Read below for more information about the Multi-Kit compatibility.

Grab Handles
Increase or decrease your grip stance with our grab handles. These slip over the canopy support arms and set in place anywhere you’d like with two set screws.

We fit every tractor & mower

If your tractor or mower has a roll bar, you can use a Rhinohide Canopy.

Straight or angled.
Square, rectangular, or round.
Our standard hardware fits 95% of roll bars, and we have parts to fit the remaining 5%.

Unbreakable (Almost)

The Rhinohide Canopy is made from a very high-strength, lightweight plastic called HDPE.

Our shell absorbs impact when other plastics (or even metal) would crack, shatter, or dent.

There is no paint to peel or scratch off, and no rust either. Scratches are barely visible since our canopy is black all the way through.

Mount above or below

Traditional canopies only mount above the roll bar. But the Rhinohide can mount above or below, depending on your preference.

Our standard hardware supports either mounting location.

The Rhinohide Canopy mounts to the roll bar of a tractor or mower, and we haven’t found a roll bar that we don’t fit.

But to know if you can use our standard hardware or need our pieces for larger sizes, please confirm the following two dimensions.

  1. Roll Bar Tube Steel Depth
    • Our standard U-bolt fits tube steel up to 4 inches deep.
      If your roll bar is deeper than 4 inches, please select “Roll Bar Deeper than 4 inches” up above.
  2. Roll Bar Overall Width
    • Our standard L-Brackets fit roll bars up to 42 inches wide, measured outside-to-outside.
      If your roll bar is wider than this, please select “Roll Bar Wider Than 42 inches” up above.

One person can install a Rhinohide Canopy in about 30–40 minutes.

Installation requires the following tools:

  • 3/4″ Socket or Open Wrench
  • (2) 1/2″ Sockets or Open Wrenches
  • 3/8″ Drill (Drilling Thru Plastic Shell Only)
  • Tape Measure
  • White Wax Pencil (optional)

Roll Bar Critical Dimensions for Rhinohide Canopy

It’s easy!

Verify these three measurements to ensure you get the right hardware the first time.

A: Measure the outside-to-outside width of your roll bar.
If it’s greater than 42 inches, select that option above.

B: Measure the width of your roll bar’s tube steel.
If it’s wider than 2 1/2 inches, email or call me. We’ll make parts to fit.

C: Measure the depth of your roll bar’s tube steel.
If it’s deeper than 4 inches, select that option above.

Standard Roll Bar Angle Allowance Diagram

This is what we consider a Standard Roll Bar.

The vast majority of tractor models (95%+) have a roll bar that doesn’t lean forward or backwards more than 15°. We consider anything in this range a Standard Roll Bar, and it fits our standard hardware in the Universal Tractor Canopy.

All zero turn roll bars also classify as Standard, for our purposes, so the Universal Mower Canopy fits all zero turn mowers.

We designed a support arm to match the angle of the roll bar on the John Deere 1025R and 2025R.

That same support arm works for angled roll bars from TYM, Rural King, Bobcat, Bad Boy, Mahindra, and Branson.

Improve your grip with Grab Handles

Our handles are angled at 45° allowing you to increase or decrease your grip stance.

The handles are sold as a pair and slide over the support arms to any desired position.
