Features

The Rhinohide Canopy is a universal canopy system designed for any mower or tractor with a Roll Over Protection System (ROPS), otherwise known as a roll bar. If your roll bar is made from square or rectangular tube steel, the Rhinohide Canopy will fit.

True to its name, the Rhinohide Canopy is virtually unbreakable—made from a very high strength and lightweight plastic (HDPE). We have yet to hear of an encounter too strong for the canopy. Seriously, we haven’t replaced a single canopy since launch. Yet at just 14 lb the shell is still lightweight enough for anyone to handle.

Remove the Rhinohide Canopy in just seconds with the twist of two hand screws. This is perfect if you need to remove the canopy for storage, trailering, low-clearance areas, or if you’re moving the canopy to another tractor or mower.

Our canopy is 37″ wide x 45″ deep. The closer you mount it to your head, the more shade it will provide. The best position for the canopy is about 15″ above your head when seated. On zero turn mowers, this usually puts it above the roll bar. Tractors, however, have much taller roll bars and with our unique attachment system you can mount the canopy anywhere you have space on the roll bar. Many folks choose to mount below the top of the roll bar, because of limited clearance in their garage or shed.

If you own a second machine with a roll bar that has a width within 4″ of your zero turn’s roll bar width, add the Multi Kit to your order and easily move your canopy from one machine to the other. Note you can compare the outside-to-outside width of the narrower roll bar to the inside-to-inside width of the wider roll bar.

All zero turns fit our standard mounting hardware. So our canopy will fit Scag, John Deere, Bad Boy, Gravely, Toro, Kubota, Exmark, Spartan, Dixie, Hustler or any other manufacturer, as long as the roll bar is made from rectangular (and not round) tube steel.
